• WHERE IS MY ORDER? At H39, we are a Custom Design Shop consisting of 2/3 People, Total, in the Whole Company, so All of the Designs and Products we sell are custom designed, produced, printed, embroidered and engraved, which increases the lead time. When A Product begins production that begins the process of creating it in house which is an additional time to Process. This is Standard but we strive to cut that down as best we can. We work Monday – Friday on all orders.

***WHILE YOU MAY PLACE AN ORDER FOR CERTAIN EVENTS I.E. HOLIDAYS, BIRTHDAYS, TOURS, OR EXERCISE’S, WE ARE WORKING THROUGH ORDERS IN DATE ORDER AND ARE CANNOT BE SWAYED BY THESE EVENTS UNLESS WE SPECIFY. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY WHEN ORDERING AS THIS WILL NOT BE ALTERED***

• CAN YOU LET ME KNOW HOW LONG MY ITEM WILL TAKE?

We will use a zap tag embroidered badge as an example. These are all unique with over 1000s of different templates. Each badge needs to be designed in stitches by a specific graphic design programme for embroidery machines. Then loaded onto a machine, made and finished. From start to finish it may take upto 2 hours to complete 1 tag. When we have 100s of orders in per week and every badge is different you can see why it takes so long.

• WHY IS MY SHIRT / EMBROIDERY LIGHTER/DARKER? Images On Screen are Compositions and the Colouring of the Shirt or the Ink Colour MAY appear a shade lighter or darker depending on your monitor. Most Are Exact Matches and Finished Products will not be Far Off and are the colours they are intended to be.
