So you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can rock that new gear? Please note that every order at Hanger39 is custom made just for you, and you can get an idea of shipping times from the product descriptions, typically this can be 2-5 days depending on what you ordered.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • The estimate above does not include manufacturing time - we need several business days to make sure your custom order is everything you hoped it would be.
  • Majority of items are made or customised to order, this takes time.

Hanger39 is a global company - we work with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

So when do you contact Hanger39?

Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).

  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  2. Can I track my order?

    We rely on a global network of shipping partners (DPD & Royal Mail) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

  3. Where does my order ship from?

    We ship from our main workshop in Colchester Essex, but may use other partners to ensure to quickest delivery to you.


TAX FREE sales only apply if you complete the correct forms through your COC / admin office. you are not automatically entitled.

all items we use a tracked /signed for service.  As BFPO mail items dont offer this in all locations. We can no longer support replacing the item without question. As its not viable / cost effective. We have had to add this due to increasing packages going missing once entering bfpo mail system.  We have decided on this rather than suspend bfpo mail.  Sadly tracking is only valid upto the time it enters the BFPO mail system within the UK. Royal mail have been informed. 

Until this is resolved BFPO Mail is used at clients own risk, in line with our international mail policies.
