Returns & Exchange
Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, However should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible to exchange or refund your purchase.
This page tells you all you need to know, please note your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance
- Email us and tell us the reason you wish to return the item
- If agreed we will give you a returns address.
- Please do not return without authorisation as this may cause unnecessary, excessive delays to a solution
- Please Remember to enclose your receipt, invoice or order reference number to speed things up.
- We will check the items and process the items within 20 days
- Then we can make an exchange or issue a refund against the original method of payment
- Please note if we make a genuine mistake we will always rectify, we are human and this can and does happen occasionally.
- Please note We cannot offer refunds against items made to order or bespoke / personalised items. (unless we have made a genuine mistake). We make to order 90% of all goods sold
- Please note some items are excluded from our returns policy or are not suitable for returns.

Unacceptable behaviour

Unacceptable behaviour (including bullying, harassment, rudeness and victimisation), may involve actions, words or physical gestures that could be perceived to be the cause of another person’s distress or discomfort. Bullying or harassment may be by an individual against an individual or involve groups of people. Unacceptable behaviour does not have to be face-to-face, and may take many forms such as written, telephone or e-mail communications or through social media.
